We started with a simple observation: the single biggest barrier for a church or Christian non-profit's growth is an excellent, ministry-experienced operations team that gives the pastor back time for people, preaching, and prayer. It frees the executive director to fundraise and the founder to lead. And almost nobody offers it well at the scale most ministries can afford.
We built four tiers that grow with our clients — from $750/month for a church plant to $7,500/month for a multi-campus organization — and we coordinate the whole thing with a C-suite Admin so you manage one relationship.
We are headquartered in Oklahoma, deliver remotely across the country, and visit our largest clients in person each year.
