Five service areas, coordinated by a single C-suite Admin who functions as your virtual chief of staff. One relationship, a team of professionals, and we manage the rest.
Monthly reconciliations, financial reports, fund tracking, payroll coordination, and year-end donor letters and 1099s. Delivered on time, prepared by a senior CPA, and geared for ministry.
Monthly or bi-weekly meetings with a senior accountant who builds your budget, forecasts your cash, prepares board materials, and helps the pastor and elders make confident financial decisions. Available in Cedar and Redwood tiers.
A dedicated, ministry-experienced Client Admin who handles the operational tasks that quietly steal your week: scheduling, vendor management, document coordination, donor correspondence, and the steady stream of "can you take care of this?" Available in Cedar and Redwood tiers; add-on hours for any tier.
Sermon series brand kits, social graphics, website refreshes, and ongoing creative support — produced by Christian designers and writers who get the language of ministry. Available as projects or as part of the Redwood tier bundle.
By-laws review, audit prep coordination, ECFA readiness, clergy compensation reviews, and 501(c)(3) compliance support — coordinated with partner counsel when needed. Most issues never become emergencies if you handle them on a calendar instead of in a crisis.
